The Little Prince, in bronze, created at the beginning of the year to pay homage to its author, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of its first publication in New York, is installed at the entrance to the Villa Albertine, on 5th Avenue , in front of Central Park.
This project, recently unveiled by the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, was made possible thanks to The American Society of Le Souvenir Français, the family and the Antoine de Saint-Exupéry Foundation for Youth, French Embassy in the U.S. and the Villa Albertine.
The project celebrates Franco-American friendship and the humanist values of this universal tale, which tells us about friendship, love, the creation of bonds, with a Little Prince who looks towards the stars…, and that we can approach…✨
